Excel 2000 and Vista

I've installed Excel 2000 on a Vista operating system I now want to add an
add-on program but can't figure out how to do it. The options don't show up,
or if they do I can't find them. Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Probably better asked in an Excel or Vista newsgroup, this one is for
FrontPage a web editing program.
