evil adware hyperlinks

I am creating a little personal webpage in Word. I noticed today that when I save the file as .htm, the word "diamonds" in my text turns into a hyperlink to a websearch for diamond brokers. I am certainly not doing this, it's not in the editable source code, and I can't find anything in Word to turn off to make this stop. Is this a word problem, or is there some adware on my system that's extra sneaky? It's driving me nuts. BTW, if I replace the word "diamonds" with "rubies" or "sapphires", the hyperlink goes away when I save. If it's Word, please tell me how to stop it. If it's adware that you recognize, please tell me the name of it so I can eradicate it. (I already have Spybot running daily.)
