Evidence Scan

I have somehow got a program called Evidence Scan which
pops up everytime I start my pc, I have tried to remove
it via the control panel, add remove programs, but it
wont go.
Any ideas?

Try 2 things...1 Open Task Manager -Alt+Ctrl+Delete - and
check if program is running, if so highlight it and End
Process.
Then go to Add\Remove and delete it.
If this is not possible, then... 2 Download Spybot Search
& Destroy, it's a free spyware find program, from..
http://security.kolla.de/ run it and it should find the
spyware and allow you to delete it.
