everytime i click on a link

everytime i click on a link a new window pops up but it is blank i have to
right click and copy short cut open a new window paste shortcut in order to
open the page please help with this.

You may want to try setting Internet Explorer back to its default settings to
see if that helps.

You cannot open a new Internet Explorer window or nothing occurs after you
click a link:
