Everything is bolded, but bold is not on, need to turn it off.

I am trying to type a letter in Word. I have Arial 12 point, and it says
Normal + Arial, but everything is typing in bold. I don't have the bold on.
Can someone help me with this?
 
What is your Zoom setting? Often a higher Zoom will make text look bold when
it's not.
