Every Reminder I Ever Had Keeps Coming Back!

Help! Every single reminder I ever had keeps coming up, even when dismissed.

Outlook 2003...

I've tried the /cleanreminders option with no success.

Suggestions?
 
Nope...same thing. When I open Outlook, every reminder comes up again.

I've even gone so far as to recreate the user profile, and still no change.

thanks for the suggestion though.
