Occasionally while using the computer, a program such as AIM or IE will
crash (IE and Outlook XP pops up the Dr. Watson box about uploading error
info, other programs just pop up the box with the yellow traingle about
illegal operation or cannot continue or whatever.). As soon as i restore
any other program, it does the same. After trying to restore two or three
more programs. Explorer.exe crashes and the desktop disappears. Restarting
any program causes it to immediately crash, including explorer.exe. When i
go to restart, ccApp.exe (norton anti-virus file) crashes. After a restart,
every thing is fine.
