Everthing gone

Hello,
In my database all my tables, queries, forms and etc.. are gone. I'm
getting message saying that I have an invalin index. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

You may need to get out your backup disk... and/or resolve to
establish a backup routine after you recreate your destroyed database
from scratch. :-{(

suggestions for diagnosing, preventing, and (if you're very very
fortunate) repairing corrupt databases.
