Events and Errors support

Hi,

Why the Windows Events and Errors Message Center
(http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/eventserrors.mspx) does not provide
any information once it has been feeded with Source and ID as instructed. Is
there any problem with website or is it under maintenance? Kindly inform me
same.

It's working OK here. Do you see any error messages when trying to use that
page?

Well there was no error message. As soon as I am clicking on GO button, the
browser shows empty page.
