EventID 5781 on my Master/PDC..

When i start up my server i have only one yellow message in my event log.

EventID 5781 - Warning, Netlogon:

"Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed
because no DNS servers are available. "

I have tried with changing the depend. on netlogon so that DNS starts before
netlogon services. After i made this change i got rid of message that TIME
could connect to ntp server etc.
This yellow message is the remaining...

I'm going to move the roles from this server to another one, but on the
other server DNS does not start at all.. there was no error messages before
i installed AD and let this be a member in the domain. After reboot the
server cannot connect to the DNS on this server.
Therefor i think it has something to do with my first server where EventID
5781 occur.

fyi: Server has 127.0.0.1 as DNS server, settings in network, IP, DNS, is
set as described on MS pages.

i'm desperatly looking for sullution to this, i have only today to migrate
this server!

I want the other server to syncronize its entire domain (AD) before i move
roles over to the new server!
