In fact, IPs in my department come from our company that has IPs of class B.
Our computers are in two subnets, and I've set up DNS intergated with AD in
the server and let those computers use it as its' dns server. I found while
the client (x.x.7.52) sent SYN to port 135 of the server the server didn't
give any response back. That means, the client wants to call something on
the server, but the server doesn't have such service. Here is the result of
"netstat -n" on the client.

Active Connections

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
TCP x.x.7.52:1358 x.x.109.25:445 ESTABLISHED
TCP x.x.7.52:1363 x.x.109.25:389 ESTABLISHED
TCP x.x.7.52:1366 x.x.109.25:135 SYN_SENT

Attached the results running "dcdiag" on the server.

Are you using any firewall betwean locations ? Maybe blocking port 135
(+>1024) for RPC communication ?

No, no firewall. But everything works fine if you move computers in the same
subnet. So there are something prohibiting RPC on routers. I'll ask the
network administrators. Thanks all.
