Event viewer warning.. please advise

Dear All,
I run Ms. Windows 2000 Prof SP4, In my event viewer contained:

The browser has received a server announcement indicating that the computer
WINANJAYA is a master browser, but this computer is not a master browser.

Why .. what should I do to prevent such message occurs again? please advise
