event viewer in windows xp

after trying out internet explorer 7 beta 3 i notice that in the event viewer
there is now an error log for internet explorer.due to the many bugs and
crashes of the beta version it had to go .my question is:- how does one
delete the log for internet explorer in the event viewer?

Event Viewer Clear all Events

Open the Event Viewer...
Start | Run | Type: eventvwr | Click OK |
Right click Security and select Clear all Events |
Click No to: Do you want to save "Security" before clearing it? |

Do the same for Application & System. Or any combination.

Why? Embarassed about having tried out that beta program? Won't your boss
like the fact that you installed it? Why are you playing around with beta
software in the first place?
