event viewer error massage

When I look in event viewer application I see the
following error userenv this appears to be because the
registry file for my profile is corrupt can anyone please
tell me how I can resolve this problem.

Tell us more: which error message do you get exactly?
Create a new user and see if the problem persists with this profile.
If no, copy the old user to the new user and then delete the old
profile.
