Event Viewer Error kernel32!sleep

My Xp Acer pc encounter frequent hangup when under use and
also when Windows startup. Under Event Viewer always
indicate error kernel32!sleep. What is this? Pls Help.

Double click the error, the third button down in the box that opens will
copy the entire error, please paste it into compose box and post the message
here as there may be other parts of the error that might help us diagnose
the issue.
