Event Properties Help

When I use my event view to check on errors, it works correctly. When I
double click an error and the pop up window appears titled Event Properties.
I can view the information fine, however when I click on the link
(http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp) to view more informatin about the
error I always get the same message:

We're sorry
There is no additional information about this issue in the Error and Event
Log Messages or Knowledge Base databases at this time. You can use the links
in the Support area to determine whether any additional information might be
available elsewhere.

Everything worked perfectly until I had a power outage and windows
restarted. After the restart and I selected to start windows normally at the
black screen, I have not been able to view error information correctly since.
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If there is no known solution for the error in the OCA database, you'll see
the "We're sorry" page. Reported errors are logged and those that happen
most consistently get the most attention. Less reported errors may
eventually be addressed - or not. I probably get this message about half of
the time that I click on that link...

If you are continuing to have problems with the system, then post more
details.

I used to get the error about half the time. Now I get it 100% of the time.
No matter what event ID I have, it gives me the Sorry page. Thanks

Hi again, Chad. Personally, I don't think there's anything broken. I could
be wrong but it's very possible that you've just hit on a rash of errors
that are not documented by the OCA site.
