Where can I find list of all categorized system errors
that can exist in the system and are written to the Log
Event.
I need the description and detailed explanation of the
check that was made.

Documentation for many parts of Windows systems is hard to come by from
Microsoft, so you may be interested in
http://www.eventid.net/. I've found
that it gets a lot of the stranger event IDs.
For much of what's logged in the Windows event logs, the numbers come from
the applications themselves and not necessarily Windows. If you see an
informative description of what's happened, then the application programmers
have included a "dictionary" of event IDs and their meanings for you. If you
see very generic information, then a dictionary probably hasn't been
