Event ID Errors 5788 and 5789

Hi
I have a AD problem, and need a little direction
We recently upgraded a NT 4 Domain to an AD Domain. All
computer accounts eventually joined the new domain,
whether automatically or by disjoining and rejoining the
new domain
Now that the upgrade is complete, any new machine added to
the domain will get the following Event ID Errors

5788: Attempt to update HOST Service principle Name..

5789: Attempt to update DNS Host Name of the computer
object in AD Failed. The security context could not be
established due to a failure in the requested quality of
service

The newley added machine will show up in AD Users and
Computers, will lease an IP address and have full access
to the Domain, but cannot be seen in Network Neighborhood
and cannot be browsed to like, \\computer\c

I'm pretty sure this is a DNS problem. But in DNS I can
see the A Record for the problem machines

I've tried KB Articles 258503 and 257734, no luck
257734 does not quit match my problem

But, 258503 does seem very close
My symptoms look like a disjointed name space, but I'm
pretty sure the namespace is correct. How can I
definitivly tell if I have a disjointed namespace problem,
especially one that is not obvious
I'm using a companyname.corp domain name and all PC's
including the problem ones have the companyname.corp in
there Primary DNS Suffix entry.
And an IPCONFIG shows: pcname.companyname.cor

Sorry for the long post, but any and all help is greatly
appreciated

How many nics in the server? DNS on the servernic(s) should *only* point to
your server-IP. Make sure you've set 'allow dynamic updates' in the Forward
and Reverse lookup zones of DNS-server.
The ipconfig/all from the clients should show that everything is pointing to
your server-IP.
