Event ID - 7011, Source - Service Control Manager, 'Netman timeout error'

I've been occasionally getting the following error in my Event Viewer
System log. Seems like I've only noticed it after installing SP2 on
XP Home.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7011
Date: 11/10/2004
Time: 4:28:55 PM
User: N/A
Computer: PCG-FXA47
Description:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from
the Netman service.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Posts that I've found in various newsgroups here about this have
stated that Zone Alarm has been known to cause the problem. I don't
run Zone Alarm, but of course, the default Firewall on SP2 sets itself
up and I've left it with the default settings.

Anyone else experience this error in their log after installing SP2
and leaving the default Firewall settings? Thanks.
