Hi Ramshi...
There are a few things that we need to address....
Generally this may be an error that can be ignored, however this is what we
need to do...
Step 1.
1. at the "run" command type "dcomcnfg"
2. it will bring up the "component services" window.
3. click the "+" beside "component services" then "computers" then "my
computer"
4. click on "DCOM Config"
5. if you get any popup notices, select "yes"
6. you should now see all containers under DCOM.
Step 2.
1. have you installed IE 6 sp1 recently?
2. do you have "zone alarm installed?
3. is MOM installed?
4. stop and restart the "Windows Image Acquisition service (WIA)"
5. are you running Vertas Backup? disable NT backup "removable storage"
service.
6. check the "WinMgmt" service to ensure its started.
7. do we know if there are any services that are showing errors and not
starting in the event logs?
Please let us know
