See if this Microsoft Knowledge Base Article helps:

"Event ID: 32" and "Event ID: 59" occur when you start Microsoft Dynamics
CRM 3.0 Mobile Deployment Manager on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server

Hope this helps.

This looks like it may help but I'm hesitant to install any new software.
The symptom is identified as, "start Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Mobile
Deployment Manager on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Mobile Deployment Manager
on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM server." I don't believe it applies to me since
I'm not on a CRM server.

I believe I know why these errors were created but to the installation of
the following update:

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS06-071
Vulnerability in Microsoft XML Core Services Could Allow Remote Code
Execution (928088)
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS06-071.mspx

I have since removed the update from ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and the error has
ceased to be generated.

Windows Update did not offer me that update. Is that how you got it?

Citing http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927978/:
"Windows Update and Microsoft Update only offer security update package
927978 if an earlier version of MSXML 4.0, of MSXML 4.0 SP1, or of
MSXML 4.0 SP2 is already installed on the computer."

So see %windir%\system32 for msxml4.dll. If its not there, that's why
the patch wasn't offered. If it is there but is version 4.20.9841.0 or
later then that's why the patch wasn't offered.

Thanks for the note. I checked the system32 for msxml4.dll and it was there
and I deleted it. I then removed the updates from add/remove programs. So
far no more error messages created.
