I don't understand where the conflict is ?

It means that you have two machines on the network with
the same computer name, or a machine that has a workgroup
name that is the same as the name of a PC.

By unplugging them one by one until the problem disappears.

I think on ur network there are two systems of same name.Identify them &
change their names accordingly.
