Event ID 26 and 1

I am getting the following informational messages in the application event
viewer. I have tried to research this one and have not found a solution
yet. Anyone have a solution?

Event ID: 26

Description:

The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or

Workstation or server?

What version of Windows XP etc?
