I'm getting these errors since two days ago, i know it's
referred to the licenses on the server, but i have 500
licenses "per server" mode on that server (more than
sufficient for the concurrent connections of all my
machines in that domain), when i go to the license tab i
found that 12 machines in the "per seat" tab are without
license.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your posting here.

Please check in "Control Panel" ->Licensing to make sure that your server
is in Per Server licensing mode

Now try the following suggestion.

1. Remove any installed licenses using license manager on the Win2k
server.
2. Revoke all client (per seat) licenses that have been previously issued
3. Follow Q153140 to reset license manager database on both Win2k server
4. Add the appropriate number of per server licenses

In addition, please check if you have any other Windows 2000 member server
is in per seat licensing mode. If so, please also change it to Per Server
mode.
