Event ID 2019

Hi,

I am getting this error given in below, in my windows 2003 server.I have to
restart the server whenever i get this error.

Event ID: 2019
Source: Srv
Description: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool
because the pool was empty.

I have read this article http://support.microsoft.com/?id=272568.

we have not installed Norton Antivirus on server.

Please give me instructions, how to resolve this issue.
