Event ID 1904 and locking up computer.

I have a computer that keeps locking up at random times.

The following is in the Event Viewer: Application.

"The description for Event ID ( 1904 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event:
http://office.microsoft.com/assista...3&AssetVersion=0&CTT=98&Origin=HP052017851033,
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=45840."

I have seem multiple posts online of other people having the same problems,
but no resolutions.

Apparently an error from using MS Word 2002 HELP.

Event Type: Information
Event Source: HHCTRL
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1904

I will look into those and see what I can do to help this.

The weird thing is, is that it's Office 2003 and it happens when Help
is not opened. Mostly when checking email in Outlook or browsing the
Internet.

I will reply with an update soon.

My error comes from MS Word. I do not have Outlook, but i would suspect the
same kind of behavior as it is an MS Office program.

Actually I looked again and I have had 1904s from AutoCad LT Help as well.

I just ignore the errors.
