Event id 13508

We have 28 dc's....2 of them (at remote sites) are getting
the above error, and will not replicate files. We have
sync'ed time to within 30 secs. Checked dns records, cant
find any that should not be there. Stopped and started
file replication service. All DC's are SP3.
We have did all suggestions that MS Knowledge base
suggests but once daily the event id is there on the 2
DC's Any suggestions would be helpful
