NtFrs Errors - any ideas to resolution?

Hi all

Couldn't find a more exact forum for 2003 so here I am.. I had: 1x2003 Memb
Server, 1x 2000 DC, 1x 2003 DC. I brought up a new 2003 server, promtoed to
DC, transferred 3 FSMO roles to it, installed a readonly copy of our DNS and
everything was fine.

However, our existing 2003 DC (which is a Terminal Server), now has its File
Replication log filled with Event ID: 13508. I have looked this up, but
nothing seems very clear. It has trouble replicatin the SYSVOL of the other
2 DCs. What do I need to check? Any ideas where to start? Many thanks for

I noticed NetBIOS over TCP/IP was not enabled which could be causing some
fairly major issues, so I've reenabled that, saved the log, cleared it out.

I am not running WINS, just DNS. Would the netbios issue have affected
sysvol replication between the DCs?
