Event ID 1202 every 2 mins

Please could some shed any light on this problem
Policy change from LSA/SAM can't be saved in the policy storage. Error 5 to save policy change for account S-1-5-21-2064273222-3910494029-2838569261-11183 in the default GPOs. For more debugging information, please look security\logs\scepol.log under Windows root.

I am really stuck with this problem any help much appericated

This error is appartently fixed in SP3, http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=272560

This may also be the result of a virus, http://support.microsoft.com?kbid=830064
