Policy change from LSA/SAM can't be saved in the policy storage ??

hi all
we have a win2k server with SP4 which is designated as DC & has been
asigned all the Operation master roles, i'm getting the following error in
Application log :

Event Type: Error
Event Source: SceSrv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1003
Date: 6/19/2005
Time: 11:48:20 AM
User: N/A
Computer: DNS02
Description:
Policy change from LSA/SAM can't be saved in the policy storage. Error 4312
to save policy change for account S-1-5-32-551 in the default GPOs. For more
debugging information, please look security\logs\scepol.log under Windows
root.

i searched the mentioed path but didn't find anything & also searched google
but didn't find anything usefull .
does anyone have a comment !!!!!

The sec. princ. with SID S-1-5-32-551 is "Backup Operators"

thanks 4 ur reply ,i checked the website but as this computer is a DC &
i've not defined any additional user on it so i don't know how to take care .

I know it has been a while since you posted, but did you find a
resolution for this? I got this same message in the log and can't find
much on it.
If you have any info, please let me know.
