Event ID 1202 and 1085 on Windows XP Client

I have a windows XP client that is logging Event ID: 1202 and 1085 Every 5
minutes or during gpupdate /force.

Information from Events:
Event 1085
The Group Policy client-side extension Security failed to execute. Please
look for any errors reported earlier by that extension.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Event 1202
Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x4b8 : An extended error
has occurred.

For best results in resolving this event, log on with a non-administrative
account and search http://support.microsoft.com for "Troubleshooting Event
1202's".

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I have no errors on either one of my domain controllers both are 2000.

If I run test from GPMC this is what I get:

Component Name Status Last Process Time
Group Policy Infrastructure Failed
Group Policy Infrastructure processed successfully but failed to log
resultant set of policy information.

The operation completed successfully.

Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components
processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other
components is not available.

Additional information may have been logged. Review the Policy Events tab in
the console or the application event log for events from 11/20/2008 4:06:00
PM.

Security failed due to the error listed below.

An extended error has occurred.

the console or the application event log for events between 11/20/2008

If I force gpupdate for just user policy or just computer policy the errors
are only posted after force of comptuer policy.
