Event ID: 1090

Has anyone experienced an Event ID: 1090 from
source "Userenv" with the following description before?

Description:
Windows couldn't log the RSoP (Resultant Set of Policies)
session status. An attempt to connect to WMI failed. No
more RSoP logging will be done for this application of
policy.

I could not find any info on Microsoft KB or Technet. If
you know how to resolve this error in Event Viewer, I
would be very grateful.

Do you perhaps have "Windows Management Instrumentation" disabled in
services?

To check, go to Start, Run, type in "services.msc" (w/out the quotes) and
hit OK. In the list, you'll see "Windows Management Instrumentation" listed
along with its status. What's it say?
