Constant RSoP Error

Get this error every hour or so in Event Viewer:

Source: Userenv
ID: 1090
Type: Error

Windows couldn't log the RSoP (Resultant Set of Policies)
session status. An attempt to connect to WMI failed. No
more RSoP logging will be done for this application of policy.

This is over a two-week old XP installation

Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.
