event id 1004

One of our server keep making event id 1004 and we need to
remove the key...is there a fix for that?

Check out eventid.net. An error 1004 can be anything from
a network problem to the client's registry not having the
correct permissions on it.

I dont think that is a network problem nor a permission
problem because of the facts that it does not happen
often...like the second time in four month and when it
happen, we go into the registry and delete the key and
then reboot to fix it.

Do realize that when you remove that key, you are possibly
violating the EULA that you agreed to when you started
using terminal services. You would be better off figuring
out why this problem occurs, rather than deleting a key
likt this that may put you in violation of your licensing
agreements.

In your license manager, can you see if the TS licensing
server is issuing licenses to this client?
