Event ID 1001

For the past few weeks the server had been randomly
crashing with the following event. No other errors. I
have installed SP 4 and updates video, SCSI, mother board
drivers but have been unable to nail this down.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa008b0c4, 0x00000000,
0x00e82f14). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.
