Event ID 10005

I am getting this Event ID every 10 seconds in my system log and not sure
why. From what I can tell this TSSVC isn't needed but i'm not sure. I just
need to know what it is and if I can get rid of teh registry entries. Here
is the whole event log listing.

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled
or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to
start the service TSSVC with arguments "" in order to run the server:

Disregard my cry for help. I found the problem. There was an add on app
that had a service disabled. Sorry for teh cry.
