I have this error on my Windows 2000 Citrix server. I
heard that this can happen after the patch MS03-026 is
installed; which has been installed on this server. Does
anyone know the fix for it?

No but when you find it please let me know as this has
also happened to one of my Citrix Terminal server W2K
with this error in the Description
RegLoadKey failed. Return value Access is denied. for
C:\Documents and Settings\pablo\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows\\UsrClass.dat.

I get this error when he signs on to 3 of the 4 Citrix
servers there is a link to a web page that says
For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
when I click it it says sorry there is no further
information on the event...

I've written a freeware service that will eliminate error event Userenv/1000
where the
text of the message says Windows cannot unload your registry class and the
error is Access is denied.
