Event ID 1000

I am getting this message on my event viewer and have
tracked down something that says I can get a hotfix from
MS to fix this, but I cant find anywhere to download this
or order it.

The error is as follows:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Userenv
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Date: 9/19/2004
Time: 9:32:12 PM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: CH****
Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

Can some one point me in the right direction?
