EVENT ID 1000, Source Userenv

Hello,
Since i bring up my cluster I keep getting this error
logon. The servers have SP4 and all the latest hotfixes.

Source: Userenv
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

Anyone know how to fix this?
