EVENT ID 1000 FROM USERENV

Started receiving Event ID 1000 from Userenv with des. of "Windows cannot
unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming profile, your
settings are not replicated. Contact your admin. Detail Access is denied,
Build number ((2195))." Looks like the network is working, but can not get
IE to work. Can't find anything that looks like it applies in Technet. Any
ideas. This started this Monday after booting and logging in. ... Thanks.
