event happening ?

Hello, Had a event listed. Searched Microsoft KB and MSDN could not
locate.
Using WindowsXP Home SP2.

Description
A provider, OFFProv, has been registered in the WMI namespace.
Root/MSAPPS, but did not specify the HostingModel property. This
account is privilged and the provider may cause a security violation
if it does not correctly impersonate user requests. Ensure that
provider has been reviewed for security behavior and update the
HostingModel property of the provider registration to an account with
the least privileges possible for the required functionality.

Do not know if the Wbemcore log is reflecting event 5603 or some other
problem.


Wbemcore.log: Wed Nov 17 14:54:45 2004.38608875) : Two providers
supplied conflicting instances for key
Name="C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\IR32_32.DLL.
