Event error 7001, 7024, 5727

Recently, my notebook has been booting up slow.
I checked the eventlog, and found the following errors repeating.

Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7024
The Workstation service terminated with service-specific error 2250 (0x8CA).


Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7001
The Computer Browser service depends on the Workstation service which failed
to start because of the following error:
The service has returned a service-specific error code.


Source: Workstation
Event ID: 5727
Could not load RDR device driver.

How can I fix this?
