Event 213 on NT BDC after SP4 on W2K DC

I'm getting Event 213, License logging service, on my NT4
BDCs after installing SP4 on my W2K AD domain
controllers. The event says that it is unable to contact
the license logging service on my W2K DC, but the service
is running and RPC communications are functioning
normally. Any ideas?

The License Logging Service is an administrative tool that has never been
very good. To prevent that error from showing up simply disable the
license logging service on the DC.
