Event 17143: The Cryptographic Protection Module failed to decrypt the data

Hey everyone

I get this event error in logfile for credential manager:

Source: DAC
Category: Account Management

Description:
The Cryptographic Protection Module failed to decrypt the data.
User: ASVA_NOTEBOOK@Credential Manager

Error: 0x80090005

Explanation: wrong data.


It's a HP nc8430 computer running windows xp sp 2

Anybody got a suggestion to fix this?
