Event 15 errors

Hi

I have a Soltek MB with a P4 3.0ghz, 1gb DDR RAM.
with 2 SATA HDD.
System keeps locking up - looking at the event log - these messages are very
regular: I read somewhere that it is the drives catching up to windows - any
ideas.

TIA

Event id is 15 and source is Disk
