I bought a new Compaq Presario loaded with Windows Xp.
When the EULA, (End Users Licensing Agreement), came up I
inadvertently clicked "I don't agree". How do I get the
EULA window back so I can click agree?

what the hell has the end user license agreement have to
do with an oem preinstalled home?

if you are installing and made an error just start the
process over.

i think you should put the computer back in the box and
return it.
