eTrust EZ Antivirus and Road Runner

As a Road Runner subscriber, I am eligible to use eTrust EZ
Antivirus. However, when I recently downloaded it from RR's site, it was
version 6.2.1.1. Isn't there a newer version? If so, where the heck is it?
I went to www.ca.com, but found the site very muddled and confusing.

Road Runner is supposed to email its customers when newer versions of
eTrust Antivirus are available, but nothing from them in months.

There you'll find the current version 7.0.0.33 of EZAntivirus.exe,
which was released earlier this week on 10/18.
