Ethernet32M

I am having difficulty on my network, which i think is
caused by a file called Ethernet32M.exe. I counldnt get
rid of it... Any idea if this is a harmful file and how
to get rid of it.
 
Thanks for your help! However, how do i remove this from
my pc if i dont have the sophos software??? Norton
doesnt have any refernece to this at all!

Click the "Recovery" tab on the page, it has guidelines for removing such.

Yes, but it says that i need to use their software to get
the fix patch... Any other way. THANKS.
