Establishing RAS Connection

Hello all

I need to configure, establish, monitor and terminate a DialIn-RAS connection. Are there any objects in .NET Framework for that?
 
Nothing is built into the framework, but there are a few third-party
components. A free one is included in the ElementsEx library from
www.componentscience.net.
