Escape ScanDisk Automatically for Each Windows Start-up

Does anyone know how to setup the WindowsXP to escape the ScanDisk function
automatically so that in case of any abnormal shut-down on the WindowsXP, no
further scanning hard disk process will be run. Thanks
 
Why would you even want to DO that. During an abnormal shutdown, many things
can happen to your hard drive. I certainly would want them to be corrected,
prior to booting up the system (and maybe compounding the conditions).
